Lead the Manufacturing Excellence agenda and TPM implementation to drive best-in-class efficiencies at the Pune factory. Responsible for monitoring plant productivity projects, facilitating 5S activities, and mentoring Kaizen and Green Belt projects.
Requires an engineering degree from a Tier-A institute with 3-5 years of experience in process leadership. Must have at least 2 years of TPM experience within a manufacturing setup.
JOB PURPOSE:
