The Programme Manager will lead significant program components, manage high-performing teams, and foster strong relationships with government officials and education stakeholders. They are responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training content while shaping education policy and thought leadership.
Candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in designing and delivering capacity-building interventions within the education sector. A relevant educational background in education, social sciences, or development studies is highly preferred, along with proficiency in English and Hindi.
