Represent detained and non-detained clients in removal and deportation proceedings before Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Handle cases involving asylum, cancellation of removal, and bond hearings while conducting legal research and drafting motions.
Requires a JD degree, an active U.S. law license, and 1–5 years of experience in immigration removal defense with direct EOIR courtroom experience. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess a valid driver's license for travel within Central Texas.
