The Shift Lead is responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting beverages to company standards. They must manage shifts through delegation and maintain cafe cleanliness through busing and dishwashing.
Candidates must possess a NYC Food Handlers card and be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting 30lbs and standing for 8+ hours. Availability for weekends, specifically Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, is required.

We are looking for a Full Time Shift Lead to join the team at our Bedford Avenue cafe who has excellent customer service, a strong interest in coffee, and has a willingness to learn and improve with our education and training.
Full time is 30+ hours a week. We run a mix of 6 and 8 hour shifts. All staff need to be available one day on the weekend. We are looking for team members who are available at a minimum Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
The rate is dependent upon experience and ranges between $18-19.25/hr. This role also earns tips.
