The Accounting Manager will oversee the general accounting for 12 group companies, including supervising an accounting assistant. Responsibilities include managing VAT and social declarations, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and handling supplier payments and client collections.
The candidate must have strong proficiency in Sage Ligne 100 and Microsoft Office tools, along with experience in accounting software and stock management systems. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to supervise and support an accounting assistant are required.

Paris Baguette et Lina's sont deux enseignes de restauration reconnues pour leur univers gourmand, leur exigence qualité et leur expérience client. Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Comptable pour piloter la comptabilité générale de l'ensemble des sociétés du groupe.
Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Administrative et Financière et au Directeur Administratif et Financier, vous assurez le suivi et la réalisation de toute la comptabilité générale des sociétés du groupe en France (12 sociétés à ce jour), avec la supervision d'une assistante comptable.
Supervision & comptabilité générale
Superviser l'assistante comptable : saisie/vérification des factures fournisseurs et clients, saisie/vérification des relevés bancaires et lettrage, saisie/vérification des déclarations de TVA
Réaliser les écritures d'inventaire de fin de période, mensuelles et annuelles (CCA, CAP, AAE, AAR...)
Vérifier et saisir les OD de salaires transmis par le service RH
Recouvrement & paiements
Assurer le suivi des encaissements et les relances clients BtoB
Préparer les paiements fournisseurs
Déclarations & clôtures
Réaliser les déclarations sociales et fiscales (DSN, TVA, DAS2...)
Participer à la préparation des bilans mensuels et annuels
Maîtrise du logiciel Sage Ligne 100
Bonne maîtrise des outils Office
À l'aise avec les outils métiers, en interaction régulière avec nos logiciels de caisse (Innovorder) et de gestion de stock (Yokitup)
Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l'organisation
Capacité à superviser et accompagner une assistante comptable
Un poste clé avec une vision transverse sur l'ensemble des sociétés du groupe
Le support et l'accompagnement d'une RAF et d'un DAF
Rémunération : 45 000 € à 50 000 €/an, selon profil
