The Junior Systems Administrator manages the daily administration and support of Windows-based systems, cloud services, and end-user computing environments. Key duties include deploying Windows devices via Intune, administering user accounts in Entra ID, and ensuring system security and compliance.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens with experience in IT systems administration, technical support, or help desk roles. Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking is required, with a strong ability to build and configure workstations from bare hardware.
