The Registered Manager is responsible for the full operational leadership of a new children's residential home, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding. Key duties include recruiting and inspiring a care team while maintaining strict compliance with Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations.
Candidates must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and have at least 2 years of senior leadership experience in a children's home. A full UK driving licence and a deep understanding of trauma-informed practice are also required.

The OpportunityAs the Registered Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and staff development.
