The Optical Sales Associate will guide patients through frame selection and lens education while providing exceptional patient-focused service. They will also support optometrists with clinical pre-testing and manage front desk administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a patient-facing or retail sales role, preferably in a healthcare or optical setting. Strong organizational skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.

We’re growing our Optical team and are excited to recruit an Optical Sales Associate to be part our Team at the Harbourfront
In this role, you’ll play an important part in creating great patient experiences, such as guiding frame choices, sharing your knowledge about lenses and eye care products, and assisting with clinical and front desk tasks. You’ll be working alongside a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-focused care in a fast-growing department.
