Provide safe, trauma-informed support to children and young people with emotional and behavioral needs in residential and community settings. Responsibilities include supporting education, life skills, and daily routines while maintaining accurate safeguarding records.
Candidates must possess a full UK driving licence, access to their own vehicle, and the ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check. Previous experience in childcare or an NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is desired.

About the RoleAs a Children's Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs within residential settings and community-based support packages.
This is a hands-on role where you'll help provide structure, consistency and positive role modelling while supporting young people to achieve their individual goals.
Whether it's helping with daily routines, encouraging independence, supporting education, or simply being a trusted adult during difficult moments, your work will have a genuine impact.
