The Service Advisor will manage service and warranty work orders, ensuring they are opened, maintained, and closed efficiently. They will also assist with shop workflow, check in equipment for repairs, and provide excellent customer service.
Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn new software. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are required, while mechanical aptitude is considered a plus.

As our Service Advisor / Writer, you will ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible, all while ensuring you provide an excellent experience for our customers. Every day you will oversee service and warranty work orders, assist in shop workflow, check-in equipment for repair, and assist customers.
