The Service Supervisor manages all shop processes, financials, and mechanic development to ensure efficiency and consistency. They are responsible for overseeing the work order process and maximizing customer satisfaction and communication.
Candidates must have prior experience as a mechanic with knowledge of agriculture equipment, preferably John Deere. Operational experience in budgeting, staffing, and leadership skills are also required.
