The Idealease Service Manager oversees daily shop operations, including staffing, productivity, and financial performance. They are responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, managing warranty recovery, and building strong customer and vendor relationships.
Preferred experience includes truck service, fleet maintenance, and supervisory roles with knowledge of warranty administration. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and strong leadership skills to manage time-sensitive maintenance issues.

The Idealease Service Manager oversees the daily operations of the Idealease Service Department, including customer service, maintenance costs, warranty recovery, regulatory compliance, employee development, and shop performance. This position plays an important role in building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other dealership departments.
We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused leader who will promote safe and efficient operations, develop employees, and build strong working relationships throughout the dealership and with our customers.
