The Human Resources Administrator manages the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, clearance compliance, and recruitment support. They also provide administrative assistance, generate HR reports, and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
Candidates must hold a bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of recent HR experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems are required.
