The technician will travel to customer breakdown sites to diagnose and perform complex repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers. Responsibilities include managing service documentation, maintaining a company service truck, and providing professional customer service.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 5 years of experience with heavy-duty vehicles or OTR trailers. Proficiency with Cummins diagnostic tools and the ability to lift up to 100lbs during team lifts are required.
