ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to join our growing Finance team and support the company’s scaling journey. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, cost monitoring and process controls. You will take ownership of data consolidation, reconciliations, recurring reporting tasks and business finance analysis that are essential to driving timely insights and supporting strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on, analytical role where attention to detail meets curiosity - ideal for someone eager to grow together with business.

\nIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Perform cost monitoring and variance analysis.
• Perform financial controls and review financial and operational data for reasonableness.
• Respond to daily finance-related questions from other teams, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of internal reports.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in financial controlling (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, basic data modeling).
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Curious about how business performance translates into numbers.
• Fluency in English both verbally and in writing.

SALARY

The offered salary for this position is €4000 - €5000 (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
