The Staff Engineer will develop and modify technical deliverables for hydroelectric plant upgrades and provide technical guidance to project teams. They are responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, and quality while performing complex engineering analyses and equipment recommendations.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and possess at least 5 years of experience in hydro or fossil power generation plant design. Familiarity with NFPA 70 and the California Electrical Code is required, with a PE license preferred.
