Create and modify detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for components and assemblies using Siemens NX. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product data, Bills of Materials, and engineering changes.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least four years of design experience. Must have documented experience designing sheet metal components and small weldments.
The Senior Systems Designer will support engineering teams by creating and modifying detailed 2D and 3D designs using computer-aided design tools. This role is responsible for developing components, assemblies, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) that meet Oshkosh standards, while contributing to ongoing product development, configuration updates, and engineering changes across multiple product lines. This position offers exposure to a wide range of equipment and systems, supporting both new development and production-driven design work.
**Must have experience designing sheet metal components and small weldments to be considered. If you have this exp, please ensure it is clearly documented on your resume.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with four (4) years of experience in design. Experience can be considered in lieu of the degree.
Experience creating 2D drawings
Siemens NX
Hydraulics design experience
Electrical design experience
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial design environment
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as Teamcenter or Windchill
Exposure to ERP systems and engineering data management processes
Experience creating and interpreting detailed engineering drawings with full GD&T application
Physical Demands: Frequent Sitting, Visual, Typing, Fine Dexterity, Manual Dexterity, Upper Extremity Repetitive Motion; Occasional Hearing, Talking; Seldom Standing, Walking/Running, Bending/Kneeling.
