Lead the materials team to ensure efficient delivery of materials and services while managing inventory control and material flow processes. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to team members in a manufacturing environment.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED combined with at least four years of manufacturing experience. Candidates must demonstrate leadership traits and the ability to manage materials processes and safety standards.
The Materials Supervisor will provide leadership and support to all material related activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials and services. This role is a key player to assist in supporting operations. This position is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing inventory control and material flow processes and systems across the plant. Provides leadership toward resolving materials management and inventory control issues and leads resolution activities where needed. This role will develop high performance work teams with ongoing coaching and direction, both formal and informal, enabling a People First Culture.
