Candidates must have a willingness to learn and the ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 35 pounds. Basic reading, math, and comprehension skills are necessary to follow instructions and part drawings.
As a Laborer at Oshkosh AeroTech, you’ll join a team that supports the production of systems used in airports around the world. This entry-level role is a critical starting point for many future opportunities across the plant, offering hands-on experience in a wide range of tasks. Expect a fast-paced, team-driven environment where you’ll learn, grow, and build a meaningful career from the ground up.
This is an active, hands-on role ideal for those who enjoy working with their hands and being part of a team. You’ll rotate across departments as needed and may be assigned new responsibilities as you grow. The environment includes noise, movement, and exposure to machinery. PPE is provided and safety is always the top priority. This is an ideal position for those looking to build a long-term career at Oshkosh AeroTech.
