Manage field service operations in New Zealand to achieve operational, sales, and financial targets. Drive growth in the aftermarket business through parts sales, machine inspections, and rebuild programs.
Requires previous experience in a similar leadership role with a strong background in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems. A trade qualification in heavy vehicle or automotive technology and a working at heights license are preferred.
As the Field Service Team Leader for NZ, you will be responsible for the management of the Field Service operations, ensuring all operational, sales and financial targets are achieved.
In addition, be responsible for the growth of the Companies Aftermarket business through increased parts sales, Machine Inspections and 10 year rebuilds using aftermarket programs and focused marketing approach to existing and new business customers.
