The Welder I is responsible for interpreting complex blueprints and job cards to set up and assemble various aluminum components. They must perform MIG, TIG, and bench welding while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of relevant experience or a high school diploma, along with proficiency in MIG welding. The role requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in various physical positions.

Shift Overview:
•Monday - Thursday, four 10-hour days 6:00am-4:30pm
The positions within Welder I are responsible for interpreting blueprints, job cards, bill of materials, and routing sheets. The Welder must be able to handle complex blueprints involving several variables which vary by customized orders. The Welder must be able to work within precise limits and have experience in bench, MIG, and/or TIG welding (aluminum).
