The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive care coordination and psychological support to patients and their families within a behavioral health setting. They are responsible for assessing physical symptoms, mentoring team members, and maintaining best practices while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Candidates must hold a current Illinois RN license and American Heart Association BLS certification. A BSN degree is preferred, along with at least 6 months of healthcare experience and proficiency in electronic medical records.

Pay range for this position is .$31.67 - $47.47/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

$5,000 for (external) RNs and New Grads (internal/external)
OSF will invest in you Day 1! Registered Nurses with 5+ years of direct experience will receive a bonus of 24 hours of Vacation/Holiday Time Off frontloaded on the first day. This is in addition to our generous Time Off plans!
POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse protects, promotes and restores health and wellness, by practicing at the highest level of licensure; collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum; assesses and supports physical symptoms; provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families; mentors assigned team members; promotes best practices; maintains professional disposition at all times.
