Lead the end-to-end solution design for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce to drive revenue growth and AI-powered productivity. Facilitate discovery workshops and provide functional leadership to delivery teams to ensure scalable architecture and business alignment.
Requires 10-12 years of Salesforce experience with a strong focus on enterprise Sales and Service transformations. Must hold a Salesforce Platform Developer I or Consultant certification and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to OSF Digital. Employees may live anywhere in Canada, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. Generally, the standard base pay range for this role is CA$150,000 to $180,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to certain locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits. Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
