The Pricing Manager is responsible for driving growth and profitability across specialist lending brands by aligning pricing with business targets and market conditions. This includes managing product ranges, providing pricing guidance to senior leaders, and leading product launches from design to sign-off.
Candidates must have experience in mortgage pricing, specifically with complex and larger-case pricing, and a strong background in product data analysis. Proficiency in Excel and a deep understanding of the UK mortgage market and regulations are essential.
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Pricing Manager to join our Product team on a fixed‑term basis. This role plays a key part in driving growth and profitability across our specialist lending brands by ensuring pricing is aligned to business targets, market conditions and customer outcomes.
You’ll report into Head of Mortgage Pricing & Planning and work alongside a small team to manage product ranges to ensure pricing supports balance growth, returns and risk appetite, identifying risks and opportunities to deliver business plans.
The role can be based from our Wolverhampton office.
As a Pricing Manager you play a key role in shaping and delivering pricing across our specialist lending brands, ensuring decisions are informed, proactive and aligned to business goals. This role is central to maintaining our competitive position and bringing products to market effectively.
