The role involves independently managing the People area, including end-to-end IT recruitment and employer branding. Additionally, the specialist will handle onboarding, employee engagement, and the daily administration of the Warsaw office.
Candidates need at least 3 years of HR experience in the IT industry with a proven track record in recruitment and employer branding. Proficiency in English (B2) and strong organizational skills are required, with knowledge of labor law being a plus.
