Job DetailsJob Location: Hav Facility - Haverhill, MA 01830Salary Range: $21.00 - $22.00 HourlyTo provide hands on support and employment training, while fully in the community, to interns who have graduated from the Project Search Program and any new referrals. Work in conjunction with the Community Works Coordinator by planning, implementing and running classes based upon the Project SEARCH curriculum as well as assisting with creating a series of volunteer sites based on the people supported personal and professional interests. This position is community based and requires the ability to oversee the group with minimal support. Qualifications AS in human services or related field or 1- 2 years’ experience working with adults who are developmentally disabled. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal presentations. Have computer skills for Microsoft Office products and be able to utilize basic data bases. CPR, First Aid required, MAP and PABC preferred. Be able to represent Opportunity Works in a positive manner. Be reliable and dependable and have the ability to multitask.
