Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.. Answer frequently asked questions from employees related to standard policies, benefits, and the organization.• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.• Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.• Perform recruitment and hiring of new personnels• Create and foster a sustainable work culture for employees• Plan team bonding activities and track for ROI• Provide performance feedback periodically• Identify learning and development gaps and recommend suitable training.• Assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions.• Interact with the organization’s external benefits providers and vendors, which may include HMO and Pension providers.• Conduct new hire orientation.. Maintain a calendar of activities and events for the assigned department(s); schedule meetings with elected and appointed individuals, coordinate activities with other departments, the public, and other stakeholders.• Attend and participate in support staff group meetings as required.• Work with Management in developing policies and seeing to the implementation of such policies.• Oversee Business Administrative Operations..
