Lead the end-to-end commercial motion by owning revenue targets, demand generation, and marketing across enterprise, municipal, and SMB segments. Manage a nimble team to scale the brand and optimize the full sales funnel from lead acquisition to retention.
Requires over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and growth leadership, preferably within B2B technology, infrastructure, or telecom. Must have a proven track record of hitting revenue numbers and building demand generation programs from scratch.

OpenCape is the ultra-fast ?ber optic network connecting Cape Cod, southeastern Massachusetts, and Rhode Island to Boston, Providence, and beyond. Spanning 500+ route miles at 400-800 Gbps capacity with a 99.999% SLA, we serve key institutions in the region such as Southcoast Health, Cape Cod 5 Savings Bank, Joint Base Cape Cod, Massachusetts Maritime Academy, and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. Businesses throughout the region depend on us as critical infrastructure. We are a registered federal vendor and defense contractor.
We're looking for a VP of Growth to own revenue, demand generation, and marketing end to end. You'll lead sales and marketing, carry a revenue number, and own our full commercial motion. You will lead a small, nimble team and identify future hiring needs and structure across sales and marketing.
This is a leadership role at a mission-driven company entering its highest-growth phase. You'll have direct access to the CEO and leadership team, grow a genuinely differentiated service offering, and own a challenger brand story that can inspire the region.
