The Service Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing service department staff to ensure high-quality customer service and operational efficiency. Key duties include driving labor sales through advertising, controlling budgets, and maintaining safety and quality control standards.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in an automotive dealership service department. Strong analytical, organizational, and people skills are required, along with proficiency in computerized maintenance systems.
