Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and technical roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer facilitation and onboarding. Lead the implementation and optimization of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to improve hiring workflows and data integrity.
Requires over 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a strong background in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS optimization. Experience in technology recruitment and a deep understanding of employment legislation and equitable hiring practices are highly valued.
