  • Provide timely updates to applicants at every stage to deliver a transparent and inclusive experience.
  • Lead the recruitment-focused design, implementation, and adoption of a new ATS, including workflows, templates, and user enablement.
  • Influence and, when needed, challenge hiring decisions using data and structured evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure data integrity within JazzHR.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, vacancy reports, and candidate status updates. Provide insights to inform opportunities for ongoing improvement.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and templates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to successful integration into the organization.
  • Participate in workforce and succession planning activities to identify, access, and engage internal candidates for career development and advancement opportunities within OntarioMD.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across the organization and with the healthcare technology sector.

What you bring:
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or in-house environments.
  • Technology recruitment experience is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practices, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment and offer management.
  • Hands-on experience leading or playing a key role in ATS implementation or major optimization (including workflows, testing, rollout, user adoption, and training).
  • Proven experience sitting in interviews with hiring managers and contributing directly to candidate evaluation and hiring decisions.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proven experience working with and optimizing JazzHR, Rippling or Workday.
  • Understanding of employment legislation, human rights and equitable hiring practices.
  • Knowledge of recruitment trends, labour market conditions, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage candidates, promote opportunities, and effectively partner with hiring managers.
What we offer:
Base salary range of $68,000 - $84,000 annually + bonus + pension; final compensation offered will be determined based on experience, skill set, education, training, and internal equity.
  • Hybrid working model
  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision plans, with 100% employer-paid premiums.
  • Matched defined contribution pension plan.
  • Extended mental health coverage.
  • Professional development opportunities.
  • Vacation and other paid time off (such as volunteer days).
  • Recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Canada for 2025 by HRD Canada.
