Summary:

The Strategy Manager, Office of the CEO will manage the company’s strategic planning initiatives for all Archwell companies. The Strategy Manager will report to the VP of Strategy and will collaborate with other leaders across the organization on business plans and strategies to drive corporate growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall strategy to achieve company goals and maximize growth opportunities in alignment with the organization's goals and vision.

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic partnerships that enhance the organization's market position and drive growth.

  • Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and identify market trends that support strategic planning initiatives and inform decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of business plans and strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

  • Identify potential growth opportunities and evaluate strategic initiatives to improve company performance and competitiveness.

  • Foster internal and external relationships, building and nurturing collaborative alliances to achieve business objectives.

  • Collect, analyze and report data to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes.

  • Stay up-to-date with new trends and advancements in relevant technologies, tools, and methodologies.

  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely project completion.

  • Develop presentations and other communication materials to effectively report strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Other Related Duties:

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have any direct reports but may work with and provide guidance to various teams as required.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • In-depth understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, and the dynamics of strategic partnerships.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully supporting teams.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key internal and external partners.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively manage relationships.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum six (6) years of experience in corporate strategy or partnership management.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

None required.

Problems and issues faced are moderately complex. Problems typically impact own department and maybe other departments. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.
