The AI Policy & Standards Manager will lead the selection and operationalization of AI risk management frameworks to ensure defensible and transparent AI deployment. They will partner with cross-functional teams to develop AI documentation artifacts and establish governance structures for the entire AI lifecycle.
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in AI governance, risk management, or compliance, with a strong working knowledge of NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001. The role requires the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical controls and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Omnicell is building its AI governance program and we are looking for a Manager, AI Frameworks and Standards to join our Legal Department and help decide how AI is designed, evaluated, and trusted across the company.
As a foundational member of Omnicell’s AI Governance team, you will help the organization select, tailor, and operationalize an appropriate AI risk management framework, drawing on standards such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and ISO/IEC 42001, and translate them into practical controls, processes, and documentation. Partnering with engineering, product, privacy, security, and quality teams, you will help the business produce the artifacts that make AI systems transparent and accountable, including model cards and data cards.

Base Compensation: $110,180.00 to $204,620.00
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset.
