As a Social Security Disability law firm, we're seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to make a meaningful impact while building a rewarding career with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact with assigned clients
  • Prepare IFP applications, perform federal debt checks and student loan verification
  • Prepare and organize federal court transcripts
  • Process referral and new client files
  • Update and process existing client files
  • Assist with drafting and filing complaints
  • Maintain CRM database, Litify
  • Assist with drafting and filing complaints
  • Answer incoming phone calls and field client questions
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures
  • Any additional duties, as requested

Requirements:

  • Associates degree and/or paralegal certificate or two years of relevant work experience
  • Customer service skills and experience
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suites and data entry
  • Prior legal and/or Social Security experience is a plus
  • Experience with WORLDOX and Litify is a plus

Work Location:
This position may be performed in-office, hybrid, or remotely depending on the candidate's location and business needs.

If you’re an attorney or non-attorney representative and your client’s case needs to be appealed to Federal Court, our help can be invaluable. Our Federal Court Practice Group Attorneys will represent your client in Federal Court. Olinsky Law Group has written briefs in over 11,000 Appeals Council cases. We know the issues which the A.C. is remanding on. Many of those cases were referred from attorneys and non-attorneys like you. We Assist Attorneys and Non-Attorney Representatives at The Appeals Council and in Federal Court.  If the A.C. denies, we screen the case for Federal Court automatically. A typical Federal Court case takes an experienced attorney approximately 20+ hours to write the brief and reply; even more time to write an objection if necessary. With paralegals assisting, your office will commit 30-40 hours on the case. Do you have 30-40 hours to devote to a Federal Court appeal? You don't but we do. We have a whole team of experienced Federal Court attorneys to take your client's case to Federal Court.
