The analyst will ensure the continuity and availability of critical Data Center systems through monitoring, operation, and maintenance. Responsibilities include resolving technical incidents, coordinating with vendors, and supervising infrastructure such as HVAC, UPS, and security systems.
Candidates must hold a degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. Previous experience in Data Centers and knowledge of monitoring systems like BMS or ERP are required.

¿Te apasiona la operación de infraestructura crítica y quieres trabajar en un entorno de alta tecnología como un Data Center? Esta oportunidad es para ti.
🔧 ¿Cuál será tu misión?
Asegurar la continuidad y disponibilidad de los sistemas críticos del Data Center, mediante el monitoreo, operación y mantenimiento de infraestructura eléctrica, mecánica y de seguridad.
💡 ¿Qué harás en el día a día?
• Monitoreo y operación de sistemas a través de BMS y NOC
• Atención y resolución de incidentes técnicos
• Ejecución de mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos y predictivos
• Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos y mecánicos
• Coordinación con proveedores y atención a clientes
• Supervisión de sistemas como HVAC, UPS, generadores, CCTV, incendios, entre otros
• Elaboración de reportes y apoyo en procedimientos operativos
🎓 ¿Qué buscamos?
• Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Mecatrónica o afín
• Experiencia en Data Centers
• Conocimiento en sistemas de monitoreo (ERP/BMS)
• Experiencia en atención a clientes y proveedores
• Inglés (deseable)
