The Mold Maker Apprentice performs machine tool work, welding, and bench work to repair and alter molds and finish equipment. They are responsible for inspecting parts and completing a four-year apprenticeship program.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a 2-year degree in Precision Machining or a similar trade. Experience with precision measuring devices and CNC machinery is preferred.

The Mold Maker Apprentice performs machine tool work, welding, brazing or bench work required in making repairs and alterations to molds, blanks, bottom plates or finish equipment. This position may also include machine tool or bench work on new mold equipment.
Hourly Wage: The hourly wage for this position is $37.97
