The Shift Supervisor oversees hourly employees in continuous glass manufacturing operations to ensure production goals, safety, and quality standards are met. They are responsible for monitoring process performance, coaching staff, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, are required.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A ROTATING SCHEDULE
The Shift Supervisor - Glass Manufacturing will supervise hourly employees in the continuous operation of the plant’s production activities. In addition, they will assist in maintaining focus on overall plant goals, safety, continuous process improvements, good labor relations climate, and outstanding quality and production efficiencies.
Salary Range: The expected salary for this position is around $80,000 to $90,000 and includes a 8% shift Bonus and a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
