Drive the adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of the intranet and digital workplace tools for the Novo Nordisk Foundation and Novo Holdings. Lead the Modern Workplace project to establish a scalable Microsoft 365 environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Teams, combined with proven experience in change management and adoption. Candidates must possess strong stakeholder management skills and a background in managing digital workplace or knowledge management initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Digital Workplace Manager to join Corporate IT on a maternity cover basis. The role supports both the Novo Nordisk Foundation and Novo Holdings and sits at the intersection of technology and people.
The OpportunityOver the past year, we have successfully transformed and launched new intranet experiences across the Novo Nordisk Foundation and Novo Holdings. The next phase focuses on adoption, governance, continuous improvement, and maximising value.
Also, the Senior Digital Workplace Manager will be in charge of running the Modern Workplace project aiming to establish a future-proof Microsoft 365 digital workplace that supports efficient collaboration, effective knowledge sharing, regulatory compliance, and scalable ways of working across both organisations.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible and strategically important role during an exciting period of Digital Workplace transformation. You will have the opportunity to influence how employees collaborate, communicate, and share knowledge across two highly respected organisations.
