The baker is responsible for following proprietary recipes to bake cakes of various sizes and flavors while maintaining the baking department and refrigeration organization. Duties include scooping, scaling, flipping, packaging baked goods, and ensuring the workstation remains clean and sanitized.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions are essential for this entry-level position.
