The Froster is responsible for creating high-quality cakes by following proprietary frosting recipes and application techniques. They must manage production demands, maintain display case levels, and ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods. While no formal education is required, previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred.
