The Clinical Supervisor manages nursing operations for an acute care unit and provides leadership to the unit-based team. They may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility in the absence of the Manager or Director.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with at least two to three years of clinical experience. A current Georgia Registered Nurse license and American Heart Association BLS certification are required.

The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit-based leadership team. Provides supervision of the nursing operations of a unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility. Works with a unit specific patient population.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
