The Mammography Tech will perform various mammography studies, including needle localizations and ductograms, while maintaining autonomy. They are also responsible for performing stereotactic biopsies and quality control procedures specific to mammography.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and hold ARRT certification in Radiography and Mammography. Additionally, a current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
