Ensure equipment uptime by performing in-depth troubleshooting and repair of production machinery and plant facilities. Collaborate with operators and management to resolve mechanical issues and propose solutions for recurring problems.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 4 years of experience in a maintenance environment, with proficiency in reading electrical and hydraulic schematics. Candidates must be skilled in using shop tools and precision measuring equipment.

2) Career Profile - Prior to applying to a role, employee must complete their Career Profile in Workday.
3) 90 Days - Employee must complete their 90-day introductory period with Niagara AND be 90-days free of corrective action in order to apply to a new role.
