Ensure equipment uptime through the troubleshooting and repair of production machinery, facilities, and auxiliary equipment. Collaborate with operators and management to resolve complex mechanical issues and document all repairs via work orders.
Requires at least 4 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma, with a preference for an associate degree in a manufacturing-related field. Must be proficient in reading technical schematics and using precision shop tools.
