Ensure equipment uptime through the troubleshooting and repair of production machinery, including injection molders and fillers. Perform general facility maintenance on auxiliary equipment like chillers and air compressors while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requires at least 4 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma, with a preference for an associate degree in a manufacturing-related field. Must be proficient in reading technical schematics and using precision shop tools.
