Ensure equipment uptime through the troubleshooting and repair of production machinery, including blow molders, fillers, and conveyors. Collaborate with operators and management to resolve complex mechanical issues and maintain plant facilities.
Requires at least 4 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma, with a preference for an associate degree in a manufacturing-related field. Must be proficient in reading technical schematics and using precision measuring tools and shop equipment.
