The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving operations, including coordinating trailer loading and managing communication with carriers. They also ensure accurate documentation, maintain food safety standards, and provide leadership to warehouse team members.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including experience in the position and managing people or projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle, along with strong communication and analytical skills, is required.
