The intern will rotate through all core hotel functions including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and finance. They will also receive mentorship from hotel leadership and participate in professional development programs.

Comprehensive Experience: Rotate through all core hotel functions - Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, and Events.
Mentorship & Support: Receive guidance from the Executive Assistant Manager, departmental coaches, and quarterly check-ins with the General Manager.
Be Yourself: Bring yourself and Te Ao Māori perspectives into the guest experience and connect regularly with Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei.
Professional Development: Access Marriott’s internal training modules and programmes
Specialisation & Transition: Receive support for the potential transition into a permanent role at the end of the internship.
