NFQ is a core technology partner for HomeToGo – a dedicated team of software engineers and data science professionals driving innovation to power a marketplace with the world’s largest selection of vacation rentals. We are expanding HomeToGo’s technology team in Lithuania and are looking for the brightest talents to join this company.

Founded in 2014, HomeToGo operates localized apps and websites in more than 30 countries across Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Asia-Pacific. HomeToGo Group includes brands such as Agriturismo.it, AMIVAC, Interhome, Smoobu, Casamundo, EscapadaRural, Kurzurlaub, Tripping.com, Wimdu, and others.

We are looking for a Junior Workplace Operations Specialist to join the HomeToGo team in Vilnius. This is a two-year maternity cover position, available either full-time or part-time, making it a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in workplace operations within an international environment. Working closely with colleagues across the company, you will support day-to-day workplace operations and administrative tasks, ensuring that both employees and visitors feel well taken care of.

\nIn this role, you will What you will bring

• Some experience in administration, office support, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role would be an advantage, but we're also happy to consider last-year students, recent graduates, or candidates at the beginning of their career
• A genuine interest in workplace operations and creating a great employee experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership of day-to-day tasks
• A friendly, approachable personality and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests
• Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken

Salary range: € 1500 - 2000 gross / month for a full-time position, or adjusted accordingly for part-time employment.
