Requirements

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients regarding recruitment and staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to understand their talent requirements and business goals.
  • Proactively engage with clients to assess and fulfill their staffing needs, providing tailored solutions based on market insights.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for international hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
  • Coordinate with local and international recruitment teams to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and cultural fit for the client.
  • Stay updated on international labor markets, hiring trends, and regulatory requirements across different regions.
  • Effectively communicate with both clients and candidates to ensure timely updates and feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding processes, and follow-up activities for international placements.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients regarding recruitment progress, pipeline status, and key metrics.
  • Address any concerns or challenges raised by clients and candidates, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining high service standards.


  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in client services or recruitment, with a focus on international hiring.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment processes.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
