Develop and execute 1-3 month mine forecast schedules while ensuring alignment with long-term plans and production objectives. Lead the stope design process and monitor operational compliance through KPI tracking and performance analysis.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mining or Geological Engineering and eligibility for professional registration (P.Eng/P.Geo) with EGBC. Proficiency in mine planning software like Deswik and Vulcan is required, along with the ability to work a 13/13 rotation in a remote underground environment.

Support the development and execution of Brucejack Mine's 1–3 month mine plan by preparing forecast schedules, analyzing operational performance, and ensuring alignment with longer-term mine plans. Collaborate with Technical Services, Geology, Operations, and Projects teams to deliver safe, practical, and executable mine plans that support production objectives.
The expected salary range for this role is CA$85,400.00 - 113,900.00 +15% STIP per year. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer extended to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s pay history.
